It's Christmas Eve as I write this. Christmas Eve and Christmas day are actual yearly dates that us old geezers can remember over lots of years . We remember when we were children. We remember when we were young adults. We remember our children when they were young. We remember our children when they were grown. We , if we are lucky, get to see the cycle begin yet again in our grand children.
We also remember, sadly, people that we have loved that were at many of the Christmases of the past and are no longer with us in this life. But... they will always be there in the Christmases of our memories....as we hope to hold a place in the memories of our children and grandchildren when we are gone.
Here's a different wish. I wish you a Christmas worth remembering. And a New Year worth looking forward to.

Another year slipped by already. Merry Christmas and a happy New Year to everyone. If I carry on with the Tiger beer I am drinking and a glass of Glenfiddich to follow, it won't be long before I am merry.
Regards
Peter.
