How did I wind up with THIS ?

Post by krinko » Sat Oct 15, 2005 9:13 pm

How, indeed, did I ever acquire this lovely badge?

Not Brian The Brit...

Not Strangely Brown...

Thanks are due entirely to 1Turk, who surprised me via the Royal Mail.

Now I suppose I will have to pay dues, heh?

1Turk, I wondered where you had gone

I used to see you posting quite regularly on other forums but you have been missing for a while. If you are going to the Trafalgar Meeting I will be ROing on the Snaps on Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Drop by and say hello.

Regards

Peter.

Practice Captain

Post by Strangely_Brown » Mon Oct 17, 2005 5:35 pm

Glad you made it Eralp, for those not in the "know" Eralp is LERA's practice captain and can be seen at Bisley doing his stint as RO for the lads.

Nice one Eralp!

Peter I may not be at the meeting this year as Mrs Strangely Brown has had an operation today and it is rumoured that she may be out by the end of the week which will mean a spot of nursing for me.

I will of course try and get her mother to come on Saturday  and at least get up to do the "mad minute" as this years meeting is rather special being the 200 anniversary of Admiral Nelsons death. God bless im!
