Bump stocks

Post by Niner Delta » Fri Jun 21, 2024 10:50 pm

I see the US Supreme Court has made bump stocks legal again. Not sure if that is good or bad, doesn't matter to me
as I was never interested in them anyway. Wonder how long before the liberals try to get that changed back, probably
already doing the paperwork now. Whatever.
And on the home front here in ultra-blue WA state, the WA State Supreme Court denied a lawsuit to end the ban on magazines
holding more than 10 rounds. But that's no surprise at all, these are justices that are appointed by the overwhelming majority
of Democraps that rule in this state. But they get elected by the blue voters, so there isn't much I can do about it. ...

The difference between a 20 round magazine and two 10 round ones is about 1/2 a second in expert hands and 1’n 1/2 in a run of the mill shooter..

Meanwhile. I noticed the story that the US Supreme Court wasted some time involving a known drug dealer who was under a court order to stay away from his wife, that he reportedly had abused, who appealed having his gun or guns taken away. Surprise, Surprise, they didn't rule in the drug dealers favor. Only the black justice who spends his free time being flown around to all expense paid vacations by some Republican fat cat voted no in thinking he was protecting Constitutionally protected gun rights. Meanwhile Hunter Biden, crackhead with a gun trial, defense lawyers probably said... too bad even the Supreme Court isn't tainted enough for what would have been a great decision for them.

Why can' t the Supreme Court take up something that really matters......like....was the Russian disinformation spin put on Hunter Biden's laptop by the spy agencies before the last election unconstitutional behavior. And hundreds of other questions that public has a right to a top court judgement on.
