Mauser stock Question

I picked up a Mauser k98k stock today at a garage sale, anyway I think it is a k98k stock? It is laminated has a flat buttplate,Large bolt take down disc's. There are waffenamps on the right side of stock but can not quite make out the # .There are numbers in the barrel channel and in the handguard which match. I dropped in a k98k barreled action an it is a perfect fit. What is throwing me is the left side of the buttstock just behind the takedown disc it is marked Banner in an oval. Can anyone tell me is this a German k98k Mauser stock ? Stock looks un-sanded and is not a RC or other capture as there are no numbers stamped on left side of stock.Any help would be appreciated.

What I really meant to ask is would this stock be a correct stock for a bnz 43 barreled action I have. I've seen Banner markings on the receiver of sporting Mausers but am wondering if this stock would of been used on a wartime made Mauser?
