We already have the Shooters' Party which has one representative in the NSW Parliament. There hardly seems to be a need for another party which can only split the vote to the detrement of both parties and the shooters in general.

The Shooters' Party may be Federal by this time there were rumours that it was going fed.

The party that you mention may have trouble with its name as 'Liberal' and 'Democratic' are already the names of existing political parties.
