Dhtaxi, that bottom one looks like a Krag Model 1892.

Looks like an ace high straight flush as a hand already. But you know the CMP still....I think...have a few 1903's. Better get to work on it before they are gone.

Nice collection, but it never ends.

Once you get the '03, you still have room for the Springfield Trapdoors.

very nice indeed , been wanting to stray into a trapdoor myself - yours is beautiful - but i know so little about them at this juncture that i fear making a bad investment , so some research is in order , what manufacturer of M1917 are you showing us ?

It's all Eddystone except for a Remington stock.

I got the gun basically as a barrelled receiver, with a cut down stock and no bolt and accumulated the rest of the parts. The barrel and receiver were in near like new shape. I got a brand new, never before used, in the 'white', just off the lathe but set in a corner for 90 years, NOS Remington stock and decided to use it becasue it was so much better than anything else I would ever find.

I've got about $260 invested in it. It's a great shooter.

The trapdoor is an 1884...a lot of fun to shoot !
