RB Identification

RB Identification

Maybe this isn't the place to ask this but here goes...





I just bought a 7 mm Remington RB military rifle. It has a thirty inch barrel, 1901 patent date and no other markings I can see that would tell me which contract it was made for. Where should I look to get more info on this piece?





I do have some photos I could e-mail if it would help.
