I went on one of those strict 7-day diets.

All I lost was a week.

I have little choice in my diet as I am a Diabetic.

NO

Bread, tortillas, rice, potatoes, corn, pasta.

Diabeties SUCKS!!!!!!!

On the other hand I have loast 35lbs!
