Philip A Luty an author of 'How to do it' gun books has been arrested in the UK under anti-terrorism laws.

Are you sure its not a scam in one article the family asks for donations with the promise that any one sending over £15 will recieve a mystery gift.

As sure as I can be after reading a number of posts on the subject and having been a reader (technically somewhat critical) of Luty's works over the last few years.
