Would be intersting to know how long she remained airborne. With all the flight controls gone it could have stayed airborne & on a steady course for a while based on the last throttle & control settings.

All those flight controls were cable driven, so when all the cables are cut, they don't freeze in that position, with the possible exception of the throttles.
They are now loose and the control surfaces go where ever they want, my guess is it quickly nosed over onto it's back and broke apart.
Everybody gets a guess, but without the tail number, we'll never know.
