A good day for Enfields

Post by mozark » Thu Jul 21, 2005 5:47 am

Yesterday was a good day for Enfields here. Finishing my scheduled work in the morning I returned to find that a pair of No.4 long butt stocks had arrived from Springfield Sporters. They seem to be of Parker Hale manufacture, and are NOS walnut. They do have some left, if anyone is in need. http://www.ssporters.com/ I spent some time fitting and finishing them for 2 of my No.4's, and late in the afternoon, while I was cutting the grass, the Lithgow I had ordered from AIM arrived. My first No.1, with outstanding unadulterated metal.

Too much Enfield for one day?
