Six grove barrels were manufactured in Canada using the broaches from the Bren gun barrels. Normally they were used on the later No.4's dated in the 49 to 52/3 run, but some have also surfaced on late 45... Here is one of the broaches used for the Bren barrles [pic]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/...

Pat. 14 rifles..
I rather thought so, but no harm is asking. I do have one bolt head that is ground, but it looks rather contemporary. Now to only find another 10- 22cum303 rounds for my Vickers sub calibre unit. I have 10 with my Pat. 18, but would like another 10...wishfull thinking I guess.

310 Cadets...
Thanks for the info. So little is known about the BSA 310 Cadet in other Commonwealth countries. Most have been re-chambered to a more readily available cartridge in other countries.

I do have one, but suspect it is a home grind job. Would like to get one that shows some "age" and possibly a factory job.

Auzzie 310 Cadet.....
Trying to determine if one state marking on the Cadet is more common than others. I have both the Vic and NSW, and wondered if other states are more or less common...

No.7 Mk.1
Well, if they started at serial number 1, I KNOW they made up to 188X, as I have it. All British ones were prefixed with BS and then the number. The Canadian model was also listed in the nomenclature as No.7 Mk.1 as well, but early ones were marked just No.7 and later C No.7
